A yoga wellness workshop was successfully conducted for the students of Excel Classes on 7th December 2025. The session was organized as an outdoor workshop, offering a fresh and energetic start to the day.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from 40 students, primarily young high school learners, who actively engaged throughout the session. Yogi Ravindra and his team led the workshop with warmth and enthusiasm, making the lovely morning even more joyful and meaningful for all participants.
The session included a blend of yoga practices, breathing techniques, and fun interactive activities designed especially for students. These activities helped the participants relax, focus better, and learn simple ways to calm their minds while enjoying the process.
