It was a wonderful and insightful workshop for girls conducted by Yog Ek Movement at A.D. Senior Secondary School, Faridabad, focusing on the important topic of pelvic health.
The participants actively engaged in the session and gained valuable knowledge and awareness about their health and well-being.
A special appreciation to Principal Mrs. Sandhya, who demonstrated great leadership by encouraging the girls to participate in such meaningful and informative sessions. Her support and encouragement are truly inspiring.
